Shipping & Returns

We will do our best to fulfill all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time scale for delivery.

Returns Policy: Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Laser Toners Direct within 5 days of receipt. We request that that all customers open packages and check the contents as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.

Goods ordered in error will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Return delivery is at the customers expense. Please ensure you choose the correct item before ordering.

Products purchased from Laser Toners Direct are covered by a One Year guarantee. If you have purchased a product which has gone faulty within a year of the purchase, you will need to contact us on 0800 195 6935 or 01623 858198 before we will exchange the product. If you return your product without contacting us, your product will be returned to you without any exchange or replacement taking place.
